April 1 - May 31, 2018

Online registration required to be eligible for all incentives. Winners selected by random drawing from members renewed during eligibility period. Non-winning members will continue to stay in the pool for subsequent drawings.  The sooner you renew, the bigger the potential prize!

Service Unit Incentives
Service units who reach their Spring Renewal girl goal will be put in a drawing for ten (10) $100 incentives.

Troop Incentives
Troops must have a minimum of two Co-Leaders and three girls registered by stated deadlines to qualify for troop incentives.

  1. Go Pro Camera - Renew between April 1-April 3 to be eligible (2 total)
    Winners: Troop 50030 from Brandon Service Unit and Troop 20231 from Grand Traills Service Unit
  2. $50 Program Credits per each girl renewed- Renew by April 15, 2018 (Up to $500 per troop, 1 total)
    Winner: Troop 83007 from Bismarck/Lincoln Service Unit
  3. $30 Program Credits per each girl renewed - Renew by April 30, 2018 (Up to $300 per troop, 4 total)
    Winners: Troop 20721 from Grand Traills, Troop 50579 from Brandon, Troop 50158 from Dakota Territory, Troop 76308 from Ellsworth
  4. $100 Program Credits per troop - Renew by May 15, 2018 (8 total)
    Winners: Troop 40224 from Aberdeen, Troop 71138 from Foothills, Troop 72205 from Northern Hills, Troop 40095 from Rivers Edge, Troop 30320 from Heart of South Fargo, Troop 74314 from Rushmore, Troop 30144 from Heart of South Fargo, and Troop 20137 from Grand Traills
  5. Troop Slime Making Kit - Renew by May 31, 2018 (For 10 girls, 4 total)
    Winners: Troop 30911 from Northern Lakes, Troop 40616 from Mitchell, Troop 71122 from Nothern Hills and Troop 83042 from Bismarck/Lincoln.

Trouble Logging In?

Q: Why isn’t my username working?
A: Your username is typically your email address. If you have more than one email address, try each. You can also use the “Forgot Your Password?” link to send a reset email to your email address. If you’re still having trouble, contact Member Services.

Q: Why aren’t I getting the password reset emails?
A: The password reset emails come from, so please make sure it’s added to your safe senders list. If you requested the reset email before marking our email address as safe, check your spam folder. If you’re still not receiving the email, contact Member Services to verify that your username/email address is correct.

Q: How do I reset my password when I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account?
A: Member Services can easily change your username/email address without requiring you to recreate your account.

Q: Why can’t I see my family when I log in?
A: There are a couple reasons this could happen:

  • Another adult family member may be listed as the Primary Contact on the account. That person must log in to renew. Contact Member Services if you’d like to be listed as your household’s primary contact.
  • You may have a second or duplicate account with a different email address. Try a different username. If that works, be sure to contact Member Services to merge the two accounts into one.

Q: Why can’t I see my troop(s) when I log in?
A: There are several reasons this could happen:

  • Troops are listed on a separate tab from your family. If you have more than one troop, look for the pull-down menu to change between them.
  • Check your member profile to make sure you’re listed as a volunteer in the troop.
  • Not all troop volunteers can access the troop tab. Check with your council to see which volunteer roles they allow to access the tab.
  • If your background check has expired, you may lose access until it is up-to-date.
