The Juliette Gordon Low Society recognizes individuals or businesses
who make a planned or deferred gift to Girl Scouts–Dakota Horizons
council, assuring that Girl Scouting will be available to future
generations of girls.
In March 1912, Juliette Gordon Low gathered just a few girls to
begin the Girl Scouts. Since then, Girl Scouts has grown to be the
preeminent leadership organization for girls, serving everywhere in
the United States with over three million strong. From her leadership,
compassion and own personal bequest, Girl Scouts created the Juliette
Gordon Low Society to continue to empower girls to reach their fullest
potential and make the world a better place.
