Just-in-Time: End of Program Checklist

A reminder that the 2023 Cookie Program has been extended until April 3.
We know some troops may be ready to wrap up their cookie season, that is still an option! Troops that are ready to complete their End of Program Checklist can do so.
NOTE: Deciding to participate in the extension should be a troop decision, please communicate with your parents on whether the troop will continue to sell during the extension.
1. Finalize Troop Inventory
Do this to make sure girls get their hard-earned rewards! eBudde automatically calculates the rewards earned by girls—but only if the cookies are transferred from the troop inventory to each girl.
2. Record Girl Payments
Enter all payments under the Girl Orders tab to keep track of the amount received from each girl.
3. Submit the Troop’s Final Reward Order
Enter girl rewards in eBudde and submit order. Note: Leaders will use the Initial Order Worksheet or the downloaded Digital Cookie Rewards report to enter selections in eBudde.
