We are excited to *virtually* host the 2023 Girl
Scouts-Dakota Horizons Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is
facilitated by the President of the Board of Directors and is an
opportunity for the important business of electing the Board of
Directors, the Board Development Committee, and every three years the
National Council Delegates and Alternates to take place.
Recommended revisions to the bylaws and Articles of Incorporation are
also presented for a vote. All members are welcome to attend the
Annual Meeting, however, only delegates may vote.
When delegates register to attend the Annual Meeting by February 10,
2023, they will be entered into a drawing for one of three smart
watches.
Drawing will take place during the Annual Meeting.
Adult or Girl delegates elected by their Service Units are eligible to
win and must be present to win.
