A group of older Girl Scouts from Dakota Horizons is heading to
Australia this summer but you don't have to hop on a plane to embark
on an Australian adventure! See how far your boomerang can fly in the
Boomerang Flight Challenge, feel the beat with Rhythms of the Outback,
and team up for netball and bush survival challenges. Unleash your
creativity with Aboriginal-inspired art, sample traditional Australian
foods, and enjoy classic camp activities like archery, canoeing, and
campfire songs.
Each day is an exciting journey through the
sights, sounds, and flavors of Australia where creativity, adventure,
and friendship come together for an unforgettable camp!
Grade Levels: Girl Scout Brownies / Juniors / Cadettes / Adults. Register your Girl Scout based on their 2025-2026 school year grade level.
Important: Tents provided for girls, adults need to bring their own tent. A minimum $60 deposit due at time of registration, balance due by registration deadline. Packing list and camp information can be found in the Camp Portal at www.gsdakotahorizons.org/camp. Adult t-shirt can be purchased at time of registration for an additional $16. Adults planning to attend must register for the event.

Cancellation: Submit written cancellation request to
help@gsdakotahorizons.org. Cancellations received by 5/14/2026 are
eligible for a refund less a $5 administrative fee per cancelled
participant.
