Fall Product Resources | Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons

Fueling future experiences.

Every fall, Girl Scouts have the opportunity to fund amazing experiences by taking part in the Fall Product Program. Girl Scouts reach out to family and friends to take orders for chocolates, tasty nuts, magazine subscriptions and more. Orders can be placed in-person or online through each girl's personalized online storefront. Items arrive before the holidays and make great holiday gifts.

Through this program, girls learn financial literacy and develop five leadership skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics.

The Fall Product Program is designed for easy participation and troops get a head start on funding their activities for the year.

Heroes on the Horizon toggle arrow

Girl Scouts have a long tradition of making the world a better place and knowing the importance of community service and the value of giving back! During the Fall Product Program, this can be achieved through our Heroes on the Horizon donation program.

Heroes on the Horizon encourages girls to ask customers to donate as little as $10 so nuts and chocolates can find their way to military organizations, first responders and other local heroes throughout Dakota Horizons.

Council facilitates the delivery of products purchased through the Heroes on the Horizon program and all donations count towards girl rewards and troop proceeds.

To lead your Girl Scouts through the Fall Product Program, all troop co-leaders and troop fall product coordinators are required to complete the training module in gsLearn prior to attendding your service unit's training and participating in the program.
