There are two ways to complete registration with Dakota Dough for council sponsored events:
Dakota Dough may also be used at some service unit events. Not all service units accept Dakota Dough so it is best to check first.
Parents use this form to be reimbursed via check for orders place through GSDH or GSUSA retail services, girl membership fees or girl event fees.
Note: A copy of the receipt MUST be received along with the form for reimbursement.
Service units and troop co-leaders use this form to be reimbursed via ACH for Dakota Dough received at events or for membership renewals.

Thinking about saving up Dakota Dough for a big trip?
Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons does make a few exceptions in which expired Dakota Dough can be extended for program opportunities including GSUSA Destinations, National Council Sessions, council sponsored travel opportunities and camps.
A request to extend Dakota Dough's expiration date may be requested prior to the printed expiration date via the Dakota Dough Expiration Date Extension Form. Approval of the form from the council's Leadership Team is needed to grant a Dakota Dough extension.

Girl Scouts assume full responsibility to hold the Dakota Dough and the correspondence granting the extension until the intended use. Dakota Dough cannot be extended beyond 5 years of printed date.
