Get ready to soar! Girls will explore the science of flight by building rockets, flying kites, and designing paper airplanes. They'll also enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour to see real airplanes up close and learn how aviation works in the real world. Through hands-on experiments, girls will discover motion, forces, and teamwork-all while having tons of fun. No experience needed-just curiosity, creativity, and a love of trying new things!
Grade Levels: Dakota Horizons Daisies (K-1) / Brownies / Juniors. Register your Girl Scout based on their 2025-2026 school year grade level.
Important: Girls will need to bring a sack lunch and water bottle. Adult t-shirt can be purchased at time of registration for an additional $16. We need 2 currently registered and background checked adults to assist. If interested, email ge@gsdakotahorizons.org. No tag-a-longs.
