More than 150 Girl Scouts, families, volunteers, and supporters gathered in Moorhead, MN, for our annual Honoring Excellence Ceremony, celebrating the remarkable achievements of Girl Scouts and adult volunteers across our council.
The event recognized Girl Scouts who earned the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards, the highest awards in Girl Scouting, as well as recipients of Adult Achievement Awards. Together, these honorees represent thousands of hours of service, leadership, and dedication to making their communities stronger. We were honored to celebrate 13 Adult Achievement Award recipients, 17 Bronze Award Girl Scouts, 12 Silver Award Girl Scouts, and six Gold Award Girl Scouts who attended the ceremony.
Gold Award projects ranged from inspiring future conservationists through educational programming, organizing community park cleanups, to creating storybook trails that encourage families to stay active while enjoying literacy together.
Adult award recipients were also recognized for the countless ways they support and empower Girl Scouts, helping girls discover their strengths, build confidence, and make a difference in their communities.
The day was a meaningful celebration of leadership, service, and dedication, recognizing the positive changes these individuals have created and the lasting impact they continue to make.
