Girl Scouts in Bismarck, ND, put their creativity to work during Junk Jubilee, a hands-on art program for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors. In partnership with Theo Art School, girls transformed everyday, tossed-aside items into imaginative works of art.
Throughout the program, girls snipped, glued, built, and laughed as they explored how ordinary materials can become something extraordinary. From the building process to proudly sharing their finished creations, Junk Jubilee encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and self-expression.
Programs like Junk Jubilee show that with a little imagination, trash really can become treasure. 🎨
