Troop 10295 recently came together with Troop 20376 and their Cadette Girl Scout helper from Troop 20283 to spread holiday cheer at the Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake. Eventide Heartland Care Center is a retirement community in Devils Lake.
The girls worked collaboratively to create treat bags and Thanksgiving cards, each adorned with hand-painted turkeys. As they crafted, Girl Scouts took the time to share what they were thankful for. While dropping off the cards and treats, the girls shared some heartfelt wishes with the residents. Their efforts brought warmth and joy to the community, spreading the true spirit of Thanksgiving.
