Troop 50710 Steps Up for New Families
When the Daisies and Brownies of Troop 50710 learned that Mobridge Regional Hospital was running low on blankets and newborn clothing for its new-baby care packages, the girls knew they could help.
The troop organized a donation drive and collected dozens of items, including blankets, newborn clothing, pacifiers, and diapers.
Girl Scouts delivered the donations to the hospital, helping ensure more new families receive a care package when they welcome their little ones.
Through this service project, Troop 50710 showed that even young Girl Scouts can see a need, take action, and make a meaningful difference in their community.
