The Mobile STEM Center provides girls with empowering, hands-on STEM learning opportunities in their communities!
We are able to bring our unique STEM badge-earning programs to all corners of our 164,000-square-mile council with hands-on, mind-on activities. Working in partnership with volunteers, engaging curriculum is delivered to Girl Scouts allowing them to hone their skills while having fun and gaining confidence.
Girl Scouts has been the nation’s premier leadership organization for girls for more than 110 years. Our proven leadership program provides girls with a supportive place for growth, exploration, and achievement. In fact, our programs have inspired nearly half of our nation’s female business leaders, movers and shakers in public service, and nearly every woman who has flown into space.
By bringing our STEM programming on the road, we’re able to meet Girl Scouts where they are at so they can continue exploring their interest in STEM and future STEM careers, helping to fill the STEM workforce pipeline and aid in closing the STEM gender gap.
