Designed for Girl Scouts and Girl Scout leaders, outdoor
enthusiasts, and anyone who works or spends time in remote
environments, this course teaches advanced skills to be used in
emergencies when help from professional first responder may be far
away.

By the end of Wilderness First Aid, you will understand how to
attend to:

* Hypothermia

* Allergies and Anaphylaxis
* Burns
* Bone
and Joint Injuries
* Wounds and Wound Infection
Nestled on the scenic shores of Lake Richmond in Aberdeen, TDAF
Lodge offers a comfortable and inviting camping experience. This
climate-controlled facility features cozy bunk beds, two spacious
restrooms with showers, and an outdoor fire pit perfect for evening
gatherings.
When you're not in class, take advantage of nearby
hiking trails or simply unwind and soak in the stunning lake views.
All meals and snacks are included for the weekend.
Prerequisites: Must be at least 16 years old at time of event and hold a current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Member Price: $150.00 Includes: Course books, materials, American Red Cross certification valid for 2 years, food, and accommodations. If minimum is not met, the course will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.
