Leadership Team Prepares for the Year Ahead
Last week, the Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons' leadership team gathered in Sioux Falls for a three-day planning meeting as we prepare for the upcoming membership year.
Bringing our team together gave us the opportunity to celebrate successes, collaborate on new ideas, and align on the priorities that will guide our work in the year ahead.
This time together allowed our leadership team to focus on the future of Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons and how we can continue to strengthen the Girl Scout experience for girls, volunteers, and families across our region.
Every conversation centered on one goal: creating meaningful opportunities for girls to build confidence, discover their strengths, and develop the skills they need to lead.
We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to putting these plans into action as we continue building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. 💚
