The new Girl Scout year is almost here! It’s time to reconnect, make plans, and get ready for another year of friendship, fun, discovery, and adventure!
The Fall Troop Management Guide has everything you need to kick off the year with confidence. Inside, you’ll find helpful planning tools, important dates, and timely reminders to help your troop get off to a great start.
Before the adventure begins, be sure to renew your membership and volunteer roles in MYGS. Staying current ensures you receive important updates, communications, and resources throughout the year.
Here’s to a fantastic 2026–2027 Girl Scout year! Let’s make it a year full of new experiences, big adventures, and memories your girls will treasure.
As you get ready for Back to Troop, please confirm account signers have a current membership, a background check on file, and hold the Troop Treasurer Role. Submit the Bank Account Authorization Request Form if you need to make any changes to account signers.
Download the 2026-27 GSDH Check Register and use it to keep track of troop income and expenses all year. This makes it easy to report troop financial status to troop members throughout the year and submit the annual finance report to council in June.
Our Spring Renewal Incentives were mailed at the beginning of this month and sent directly to troop leaders. Now’s the time to open your package and make sure all of your incentives arrived correctly!
If you’re missing an item or something arrived damaged, please let us know by completing our Spring Renewal Incentive Issue Form by August 31. We’ll work to make it right!
Kick off this Girl Scout year with a bounce and give your troop a head start on funding a whole year of unforgettable adventures. With serious returns for minimal time and effort, the Fall Product Program is an easy way to get girls excited, build those troop funds early, and make this the most epic year yet!
The 2026 Fall Product Program runs from September 25th through October 26th. Our new mascot, Kota, the Kangaroo, is bounding in to join the adventure and help girls build the 5 Skills along the way!
We have exciting new product additions for customers to choose from, including Salted Macadamia Nuts and Season Salt Snack Mix. There are more Bark Boxes, Personalized Products, Tumblers, and magazines to explore. Plus, new this year, candles in a variety of scents and sizes!
To get started on your expedition, Service Unit Fall Product Managers and Troop Coordinators can prepare by completing the training that is now available in gsLearn. Girls will receive their website launch emails in September. You and your troop(s) can continue on this epic journey by hosting Service Unit and Troop trainings in September.
Then, the grand voyage officially begins on September 25th! Get ready to hop into an incredible Fall Product Program season!
